It measures 14 1/2 inches tall without the glass chimney(included) or 16 inches tall with the chimney.

It has a 3 -way switch as shown in the pictures. There is no damage to the glass and only a very tiny bit of metal discoloration at the metal center collar. The light bulb is not included for the safety of the lamp!! If you live outside the U.
