Vintage Art Deco Jadeite Green Glass Shade Ceiling Lamp Light Fixture Chandelier
Offers a Gorgeous Vintage Art Deco Style Ceiling light Fixture Chandelier. The Beautiful Thick Glass Shade on this fixture measures right at 11 1/2 inches square across the top (15 1/4 inches from corner to corner).
It has a Nice Raised Starburst Design on the inside with a Wonderful Jadeite Green Finish. It also has a Clear square section at the bottom and a Nice Clear Beaded Rim around the top of the shade... The shade is also accented with a Beautiful Bell Shaped Sparkling Crystal Finial. The shade is in Wonderful Condition with no chips or cracks. It does have a few very tiny bubbles in the glass but it came from the factory this way and it's nothing that will ever be noticed once the fixture is mounted to your ceiling.....
I just wanted to mention it for accuracy. Lit or un-lit this Vintage Chandelier is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!! When lit the light filters through the shade and up the stem producing an awesome lighting effect. This one will definitely capture your attention from the moment you walk into the room and I guarantee you will never find one like this at your local home improvement store.
The custom Stem of this Fixture features a Clear Beaded Glass Piece, a Flared Jadite Green Glass Piece and a 4 1/4 inch Clear Beaded Glass Bobeche... All of the glass pieces are vintage. Notice the 6 Large Sparkling Crystal Prisms hanging from the bobeche.
This Fixture comes with approx 5 1/2 inches of cord and chain making the total hang right at 21 inches from the top of the new white ceiling canopy to the bottom of the crystal finial. Also notice the clear beaded glass piece attached to the canopy. If you remove all but one link of chain this light will hang just 13 1/2 inches from the top of the canopy to the bottom of the shade and 16 inches from the top of the canopy to the bottom of the crystal finial... I've shown this shortest length in most of my photos. This Fixture has been completely rewired, works great and is ready to install.
The mounting bracket and screws are also included. It has new cord and a new 4 Light Socket Cluster that takes 4 standard base (regular size) bulbs up to 60 watts each. You can use regular size bulbs or the more modern compact fluorescent bulbs as shown in one of my photos. Light bulbs are not included. With 4 - 60 watt bulbs this fixture gives off an abundance of crisp clear light and will brighten most any size room. I have included pictures with and without a flash but my photos don't even begin to capture the true beauty and sparkle of this Vintage Chandelier. This light definitely looks much nicer in person. It would make a wonderful addition to any decor and will definitely add a touch of Elegance to any room in your home. As with any vintage lighting I recommend having your light inspected and installed by a licensed and bonded electrician.
