Todd Phillips Quoizel Hand Blown Salamander Iridescent Glass Table Lamp

Todd Phillips for Quoizel mushroom shaped carnival feathered iridescent glass table lamp signed and dated'06. It needs a new finial since I dropped it. It did not appear to be original. It measures 26 inches tall with a 9 inch diameter at the globe.

There are imperfections in the glass. They look like surface bubbles. I have a close up of the worst one in the third picture.
