Pair Antique Quezal Art Glass Lamp Shades, Pulled Feather Design, Signed

Welcome to Antiques & Moore! This listing is for a pair of lovely original antique Quezal Art Glass lamp shades with pulled feather decoration, signed.

Beautiful squatty round body of iridescent "Calcite" glass with gold "Aurene" iridescent interior with a crimped ruffled (scalloped) outer border. The exterior is decorated with four golden pulled feathers extending from the base upward toward the outer rim. The fitter inside rim is correctly signed "Quezal". These nice shade are both in great condition with no major chips, cracks or repairs. There is a small chip/flake on the fitter rim of one shade which is often found on this type antique shade (see photos).

Measures 4" high with a top diameter of 5" and the fitter ring is 2 1/8 in diameter. If you need a pair of matching shades and want a beautiful, unusual shape, you won't be disappointed with these.
