Lightbulb included (its very old though). Did not notice any chips or dinks on shade.

Some scuff marks at the base of glass (not visible when shade is attached to light base). This item is from a family member's personal collection / estate that we (my brother and I) inherited. Any damage will be mentioned and included in photographs. The items must be in their original condition when they were sent to you.
