(Sorry - I did the best I could). From my personal collection this is a Exceptional Cameo Art Glass Fairy Lamp. This outstanding piece of art glass was produced by "Kelsey Murphy" when she, along with "Robert Bomkamp" , developed a deep cut, multi layer cameo art glass for "The Pilgrim Glass Corporation". This is a beautiful well made "Cameo Fairy Lamp". It is about "5 Inches High" with the base and the base is about "4 1/2 Inches at its Widest Point".

It is signed on the side in cameo "Kelsey". (Please See The 6th Photo).

It is in "Like New Condition" with no chips, cracks or repairs. PLEASE NOTE - Even though I believe this was made as a Fairy Lamp, I would not light it with a candle. Because it is made of 4 layers of glass the heat from a candle could cause the piece to crack. I would recommend that this piece be used for its aesthetic value only.

This is only my opinion. This is a rare and exceptional 4 layer cameo fairy lamp.

It is truly a work of art and it would make an impressive stand-alone display or a great addition to a high end art glass collection.
