The color is correct in photo. Base & shade match perfectly in color! LAMP TYPE: S 470(similar). HEIGHT: 91/4 top of shade. The cranberry is rich and clear making it an outstanding collectible example!

Other then the gold paint loss (already mentioned) there are no other flaws worth mentioning; no staining, cracks or chips; no mold problems from manufacturing. The color match between the base & shade matches perfectly. This is a lamp you will be thrilled with & one you will always enjoy & be proud of. Marge told me this close to 40 years ago & I have tried following it ever since!
