Vintage FENTON LG Wright Moss Rose Peach Blow hand painted Ruffled Glass Lamp SHADE. Size approximately 6.5 inch tall x 6.75 inch wide. Opening/ bottom for light is 4 inch wide. I don't see any flaws but a couple tiny grey marks which may be part of painting (see pics).
