Arts & Crafts Prairie Style Mission Bradley & Hubbard Miller Slag Glass Lamp

I have never owned such a colorful slag glass lamp before! This is a really wonderful slag lamp! I wish I knew who made it but neither base nor shade is signed. It is possible one of the makers of the period like Bradley & Hubbard, Miller, Salem Brothers, or Empire could have done it.

I would call it prairie style, but I suppose it could be mission or arts & crafts as well. What I can say is the shade has sort of a two tier look with brass overlay on the bottom depicting sort of a country scene. The shade is brass and measures 15 square. It is composed of green, purple/white. All granite backed to give the most fiery look possible.

The glass has no issues and all of the filigree is just fine as well. The shade sits on a cast iron base with the same bright brass finish. It is unmarked other than for the two matching Bryant labeled sockets at the top. It has been wired with period style cloth braided cord and a nice old plug and comes ready to use and enjoy.

Plenty of time to get it by Christmas! I think you will agree that it is well worth it to get it as pictured.
