What we have here is a Wonderful Water Lily Floral Border with a very unique and very pretty vibrant green rounded Water Lily Pads Design Pattern. They're all being presented in a pond, lake like, naturalistic environment setting, as they show off and shine for all to see. Gorgeous Geometric Design with fat pink and white Water Lily Flowers, 6 in total. 3 pink and 3 white.

The 3 white Water Lily Flowers are floating on green Water Lily Pads while the other 3 pretty pink Water Lily Flowers are freely floating in the crisp clean beautiful baby blue water. "Look Closely" each and every Water Lily Flower is connected by the leaded lining in a holding hands touching consistent sequence with fat Water Lily Green Pad Clusters in between each large Water Lily Flower. Also, "Look Closely" there's a secret very special pink pointed piece of leaded glass design into the very tip top part of each and every green Water Lily Pad Cluster to have a perfect symmetry pattern to highlight the pink Water Lily Flowers more and majestically match them all in a perfect precision of artistic skill. All surrounded by a Gorgeous Glowing Caramel Colored Geometric Shield that is very stunning as well. This 114 year old D. Neuhauser Antique Leaded Glass Lampshade is in very good Antique condition. Lampshade measures 16 full inches across in diameter.

All leaded glass present on this very rare water lily lampshade is all its original glass from its old Arts & Crafts Movement Birth Date. All Leaded Glass is Fully Intact. There are only a few little very tight heat cracks here or there.

And only 1 separate leaded glass piece from those others that is even worth showing in a photo that has very tight heat cracks in it, just for accuracy, and how I always like to be very open and correctly thorough in my description. Neuhauser made leaded glass lampshade is very strong being made of great quality materials, and is very attractive, having appropriately aged very well through all these years.

Also remember; there's a fair amount of pink leaded glass on this lampshade, and leaded glass history facts state that pink leaded glass was the most difficult leaded glass color to ever make and successfully produce well. This Wonderful Water Lily Leaded Glass Lampshade has been a hidden Gem for many many years, but now it has suddenly surfaced for sale. Attention; very important historical fact.

Neuhauser did in fact make at least some of his own glass. And this was almost unheard of back then specially for a relatively small company making leaded glass lighting, and signals perhaps that D. Neuhauser was both details oriented and ambitious in nature. "To Date" only Tiffany Studios comes to mind for the "In-House" manufacture of their own glass.

I personally believe that after Tiffany Studios produced and released their Circa 1907 Floral Border and other Designed Border Geometric Model Leaded Glass Lamps. Neuhauser said soon after that to his own gaffers and glass making employees "Let Us Make Similar Geometric Lampshade Models Like Those Tiffany Studios Designs, and Let's Make Ours Just as Good, and Let's Make Our Very Own Water Lily Floral Border Geometric Design Leaded Lampshade". And one that will show off and shine, and stand the test of time, as this exact Circa 1908 D. Neuhauser Water Lily Lampshade has so proven to be to this day being of such good glass quality materials. Now on to the lamp base. This is an Awesome Arts & Crafts Lamp Base that truly compliments this early period D. Neuhauser Leaded Glass Lampshade Perfectly. You can not help but to just admire the artistic detail that went into the design of this very decorative creation. And what a Gorgeous Naturally Antique Aged Pretty Patina this truly is present on this heavy lamp base.

Pine cone looking decor around the bottom of lamp base along with these long stem stalks that sprout out shooting upward and then become these amazing unique pond like looking spear like flowers that grow up out of a marsh environment. And the perfect look that only enhances the true beauty of the lake like pond up above with the Water Lily Flowers and the Water Lily Pad Clusters that are freely floating around in a full circle above. This is a true naturalist environment scenery combination that this entire lamp's total presence presents to you to actually have displayed in your own home. It's raw organic look it's truly majestic!

Overall this beautiful lamp base is in very good antique condition. There's only a small little ding/dent located towards the middle area of one side of the lamp base. Also, there's a small split going into one of the small bottom pine cone decor objects at the bottom of the lamp base, it is a very thin split and goes in to the side of that pine cone only about a half inch or so. It's very strong just as the rest of the entire lamp base is, and that split is barely even noticeable when the lamp base is in its regular upright standing position.

You actually have to turn the lamp base pretty much on its side or upside down to see it or even really notice it clearly. I just wanted to mention both of these 2 minimal details for description accuracy as I always thoroughly do my best to do. This is a very cool looking lamp base!

And the lamp base that I can't help but Bragg enough about because it's aged beautifully, and it really does "Got That Look" that the Arts & Crafts Movement Always Respectfully Represented Such a Long Long Time Ago. And once again, it only correctly complements D. Neuhausers' Arts & Crafts Water Lily Design Leaded Glass Lampshade, and both together give off such a positive stunning show piece vibe. Lamp base measures 22 full inches in height from the top of lamp finial to the bottom of lamp base.

Lamp base possesses 3 early period dated 1907 Bryant Light Sockets with their original pull chains, a 3 light sockets early period Bradley & Hubbard cluster that they are attached to with its stamp logo along with Pat Apld For, is also present on it. Lamp base also possesses its original early period "Heavy Top Wheel" lampshade rest holder which possesses its original patina. This is the only top wheel present on this exact lamp base design model and all together aged correctly and appropriately possessing its original patina, that I have personally ever seen or witnessed before, you never see this lamp base model possessing its original top wheel being present. Lamp base also possesses an early period top cap which rests on the top of the leaded lampshade and under the lamp finial.

Early period antique top cap possesses its original patina, matching the aged lamp base and top wheel appropriately, and correctly, and compliments this lamp base very nicely. Lamp base also possesses an early period top lamp finial which is very heavy and which has a floral shape to it and possesses its original patina, and also compliments this lamp base very nicely. Lamp base also possesses a period style breaded cloth cord and plug.

Cloth cord has one small little bit of fraying wear area towards the entrance into the part of base (please see posted picture). This lamp is in good working order. Important Reminder, any examples ever seen of D.

Neuhauser's lamps are extremely Rare. They scarcely ever surface for sale period. Let alone a Wonderful Water Lily Flower and Water Lily Pad Motif Example as seen here and one even like this clean example to surface for sale as one of the only possible still known existing excellent examples to date.
