Leaded Glass Lamp With Lotus Style Shade. The auctioneer had no specific information about the maker or date of creation.

There are no markings on either the base or shade. It obviously bears a striking resemblance to the most famous lamp maker of the early 20. The shade is patterned after the popular lotus geometric form and the base resembles the rare opening squash form.

Without examining the lamp directly, none would offer a formal appraisal. But, all felt that this lamp probably is not the product of the famous maker. It's a lovely leaded glass lamp that was hand crafted by a skilled artisan. My photos dont come close to showing the overall warmth and character of the lamp or the beauty and luminous quality of the opalescent glass.

This lamp is in excellent condition. The shade has no chips, cracks or missing glass elements and the leading has no defects. The base is undamaged with a beautiful natural bronze patina.

The lamp stands a total of 21,5 tall. The shade is 20 in diameter and 11.5 high from rim to peak. I will cover all additional costs.
