Art glass iridescent signed lamp shade

Signed on the bottom rim however it is illegible. There is on small chip on the rim of the bottomn lip as shown, the signature is difficult to see but is clearly present. I beleive this to be a lampshade for the hole, however this could just be a beautiful piece or ar glass.
