Antique Vintage Motion Lamp SCENE IN ACTION NIAGARA FALLS Complete

For sale is this antique Niagara Falls motion lamp. The lamp is in good condition for its age and has the heavy cast iron base and top. The light does light up but I cannot get the inner piece to spin. It measures 9" tall x 6" in diameter.
