Antique Victorian Webb Sombrero Two Piece Fairy Lamp

Fairy lamp that looks like a sombrero, a Webb? The base is 7.5 inches on diameter, the top piece is 3 and an eighth across bottom opening, 1.5 inches across upper opening, and 4 and an eighth inches tall. The two pieces put together stand about 5.5 inches tall. There are two small chips in the base that you can maybe make out in photo number 9. They are about one eighth inch diameter.

In photo ten there is an air bubble on the bottom of the base and there is a quarter moon in glass shading near the center of the base.
