Antique Victorian Cast Opaline Art Glass Classical Design Hanging Lamp Shade

Here is a very heavy and very large opaline glass victorian shade in very good condition. The top rim its stamped 2612 PAT. The shade measures 12 inches wide rim to rim and about 11 inches tall. The inside rim has a few tiny flecks but that is all I can find with the glass. The only other thing is some white soiling in spots maybe from old paint or cleaning product see last picture.
