This is a Rare Antique Working Signed "Handel" Slag Glass Art Nouveau Electric Table Lamp, made in the USA, during the early 1920's by the Handel Lamp Company Meriden, Connecticut USA. The Base is Gold Gilded Cast Iron, with a Nice Patina and 3 3/4 Fitter Diameter. It is Signed Underneath "Handel", as pictured. The Ornate Pyramid Style Slag Glass Shade has Four Caramel Slag Glass Larger Upper Panels, with Four Rectangular Lower Glass Panels in a Metal Art Deco Tercota Overlay. The Shade has a 11 1/2" x 11 1/2" Base Diameter, with a Height of approx. The Shade is in Great Condition with the Original Finish, and is the Correct Original Shade for the Lamp. The Glass is in Excellent Condition with No Cracks or Damage, Looks Great!!! The Lamp is in Excellent Working Condition and Has a New Brass Sockets With Working Switch. This is a Rare Style and Color lamp, and Has a Great Patina! This has been Rewired and is Safe to Use in Your Home! Don't Pass up This Rare Original Antique Lamp!
