Here's a really nice, bright and colorful leaded glass lamp. I believe the maker is Bradley & Hubbard based on the base, but neither base nor shade is signed. Its just a really nice, clean, and exceptionally colored lamp. The shade is composed of white caramel background glass with a wonderful yellow and green apron depicting what looks like some sort of floral pattern.
What's even better about this apron is the glass which is composed of a mix of standard and granite backed glass that gives off a wonderful bright glow when lit. The shade is 18 1/2" in diameter and the lamp stands about 21 1/2" tall (the height is actually adjustable with a thumb screw on the column, so you can adjust the height to whatever is pleasing to you). The 4-socket base is one I recognize as a Bradley & Hubbard, even down to the cluster..... But this particular one is not signed. The finish has a nice greenish look and is almost leather like to the touch.
It matches the shade just perfectly. The base has been wired with period cloth style cord and an old plug and comes ready to use and enjoy. If you like lamps or need parts please feel free to look at my other auctions or contact me.
