Antique Art Deco Uranium Glass & Brass Floor Lamp With Original Painted Shade

Got something really special on offer here! A BEAUTIFUL Art Deco brass floor lamp, with Uranium Glass decorations! It also has the lovely, original hand-painted and frosted glass shade! It depicts a woodland and mountain scene with a deep blue sky.

The painting is actually inside the shade - imagine the skill it took to paint that in there! The paint on these shades almost never survives, but this one did because it was on the inside of the shade! The brass is ornate, with an attractive patina but no rusting. Someone took very good care of this lamp. It has been re-wired with a modern but under-stated and attractive cord and pull-chain socket, so it is safe and will work with any modern outlet.
