Up for your consideration is a Vintage 1950s Aladdin Glass Alacite electric Table Lamp. Alacite Glass was the creation of Henry Hellmers in 1938.
Henry described it as'an off-white opal glass'. It was described in Aladdin advertising as A startlingly beautiful lamp base and pedestal material which resembles many of the semiprecious minerals in texture. With this beautiful pink and white Art Deco Aladdin lamp, your home will be oozing with warm light and intimate atmosphere. Designed in the 1950s, this table lamp is electric. The pink globe base is decorated with swirls and white alacite acanthus leaf patterns.
It sits on 4 white glass'feet. The finial is a brass replacement. The metal harp is in great shape.
Height: 10" globe, 21" Total Height: top of finial to bottom of feet. Globe is about 22 around the widest part.
