1915-20s Pairpoint Lamp Base Slag Glass lamp

I was told it is a 1915-20s Pairpoint although it is not signed. There is a place for a maker tag on the inside of the shade. The 16 wide shade looks like a Unique lamp co.

Shade simular to Handel and Jefferson shades. It has several cracked pieces of glass and could use some repair. The lamp base is 22 3/8" tall with a 6" wide base.
