Mission style arts and crafts stained glass ltable lamp
This Arts and Crafts style table lamp is made of hand selected solid quarter sawn white oak, and uses a discontinued Bulls Eye slag glass in the shade. The sky blue/white glass look has been one of my favorites for years. The oak is slowly kiln dried by the finest Craftsman in the state of Michigan, and sawn in the finest mills.

The joinery method of this lamp draws on a very sturdy blind mortise, and tennon for strength and form. The stain used comes from an old Charles Limbert recipe. This lamp was designed by me in 2006 and I call it the Elvinstone. The lamp was pulled out of storage and signed my me Phillip Myer in 2014 when it was finally completed in my shop (Ragsdale Home Furnishings). This is the first time I have ever offered this design for sale, and it has a 12 sided shade.

I have to tell you folks that these lamps are a pleasure to make, and I stand behind my work with pride and tradition. Not many lamps of this kind of quality are available for this price, and building them is certainly a lost art.

If you enjoy an Arts and Crafts style setting, or are outfitting your little bungalow, you will love this lamp. The electrical fixture is a newly made Edison style solid brass dual cluster, and it has very smooth action of the pull-chains.

40-watt incandescent bulbs are recommended. The lamp stands 19 high, and measures 19 x 19 at the shade, and has nice proportion. The base uses one-and-one-half inch-thick stock old growth quarter sawn white oak. Tariff cost to residents of Canada can be as much as 60 dollars.
