It was a gas lamp , but was converted to electric lamp in early 1900, s. That company made a lot lamp shades for Handel Co. When it lits ---very nice deep white opalescent color and a lower background with very expensive sunset/sunrise light pink and light red flowers pattern as a cherry/apple slag glass panels tone colors. It has a few/2-3/ pans with heat line cracks which is a normal for lamp shade over 100 years old, very strong structure!!!

Most popular and classic colors! Size is 9" tall by 18 1/4" shade diameter open fitter 3 5/8", lamp base is 22,5" tall by 8 at the bottom. That lamp you can see in a book by Paul Christ "Mosaic Shades, Volume II" on page 74/look last picture and lamp base at page 66,68 or on site leaded lamps on icon Unique Co.
