(I've had it for decades). Original circa 1900 Art Nouveau Organic Sculptural Bronze Whiplash Lamp with Pulled Feather Art Glass shade marked L. T"-- possibly for "Louis Comfort Tiffany... Definitely an original circa 1900 lamp glass mark: spurious or genuine? The unparalleled magnificence of the intertwining whiplash bronze base looks like the designs of Ecole de Nancy French Master Designers Emile Galle or Louis Majorelle? Assembled as it was when I bought it, decades ago: the shade holder is installed tight into bronze frame: takes a bit of finesse to install the glass shade.. There is a repair to rim of the shade and fleabite UNDERNEATH the shade fitter, where you cannot see it when the lamp is assembled (see photo)... A fine example of the Arts and Crafts of the Victorian Gay 90s (1890s) Pre-Art Deco Art Noveau Jugendstil era!
